How do I find out about changes or cancellations?

We update the event information as soon as the organizers communicate any changes to us.

If the event has online ticket sales, you can also receive notifications directly from the sales platform.

We recommend checking the event a few days before to confirm location, schedule and conditions.

Can I save events to favorites?

Very soon you will be able to create a user profile to save your favorite events, receive personalized alerts and organize your leisure agenda in Mallorca.

We are working on it so you don't miss anything!

Are the events accessible?

Most events include accessibility information, but it depends on each organizer. In each file we try to indicate if the venue is suitable for people with reduced mobility or if there are specific facilities.

If you have doubts, we recommend contacting the establishment directly.

Are the events free or paid?

In the calendar you will find free and paid events. Each event file will clearly indicate this, along with the price per ticket, if applicable. In many cases, we offer direct access to purchase.

Can I publish an event even if it's small?

Yes. We accept events of all sizes as long as they are public, relevant and add value to the local or visitor community.

Who organizes the events?

The events included in our calendar are organized by external promoters, brands, institutions or local venues.

We compile the information, but we are not directly responsible for its organization or execution, unless otherwise indicated.

Are the coupons free?

No. All our coupons are paid and offer exclusive discounts on selected experiences on the island: restaurants, activities, among others. You pay a small amount and get real benefits.

What happens after paying for a coupon?

Once you complete the payment:

You will be able to see the coupon with the usage code directly in your user profile.
You will receive a copy of the coupon by email, so you always have it at hand.
The coupon will include all necessary details: what it includes, conditions, expiration date and how to use it.

How do I redeem a coupon?

Book directly with the associated establishment (by phone, web or app, as appropriate).
When you arrive at the venue, show your coupon (printed or from your mobile).
Staff will validate the code and apply the corresponding discount.

It's fast, comfortable and hassle-free.

Do I need to book before using the coupon?

Yes, in most cases it is necessary to book in advance. Always check the specific conditions on the coupon, as some venues may accept visits without prior booking, but this is not usual.

Can I use the coupon more than once?

No. Each coupon is valid for single use, is associated with a unique code and cannot be reused or transferred.

I haven't received my coupon, what should I do?

If you don't see it in your email:

Check your spam or promotions folder.
Access your user profile, where you can download it at any time.

How do you choose the dishes or venues?

We choose dishes based on our experience, taste, originality, service and gastronomic proposal. We only publish what we have really liked.

Can I propose my restaurant for you to visit?

Yes, you can write to us at javier@sentirmallorca.com and we will evaluate it for future visits. However, we only publish if we believe the dish is really worth it.

Do you guarantee that what is recommended will remain the same?

No. Although we try to keep everything updated, dishes can change in recipe, price or availability. That's why we always recommend confirming with the venue before going.
